• Conversation: We start with a lightning talk from a guest speaker on topics ranging from the nuances of cross-cultural negotiation to the soul-warming traditions of global holidays.
• Small Circles, Big Ideas: Small group Breakout rooms to Connect deeply with others who “get it.”
• The Wrap-Up: We return to the main stage for insights, questions, and friendly conversation.
